Most Employers Monitor Workers
In a recent study 74% of respondents reported that they monitor employee's Internet use at work, 72% monitor e-mail, and 51% monitor phone calls. The survey, conducted by the Society for Human Resource Management and the West Group, was based on a sample of human resources workers from 722 companies.Careful -- should you read this?
