Rotenberg: Privacy Issues Are High on the Agenda in the Next Administration
In the current issue of the American Lawyer, EPIC's Marc Rotenberg writes that privacy issues will be high on the agenda for the incoming Administration. Key issues will include privacy safeguards for electronic commerce, Carnivore, changes to the federal wiretap statute, a privacy commission, and international standards for privacy protection.
