Toysmart Customer List to Be Destroyed
A bankruptcy judge approved the destruction of the Toysmart.com customer list database. A Disney subsidiary had offered $50,000 to purchase and destroy the list. However, under the new ruling, Toysmart may destroy the list without transfering the information to the Disney subsidiary.Mass.
