Justice Department Appeals COPA Decision
The Justice Department has attempted to gain Supreme Court review of a lower court�s decision that held the Child Online Protection Act (COPA) unconstitutional. COPA was designed to protect minors from "harmful material" posted on commercial web sites as measured by "contemporary community standards."
