ACLU, EPIC, and ALA Challenge CIPA
The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) and EPIC have filed a First Amendment and Due Process challenge to the Children�s Internet Protection Act (CIPA or CHIPA). CIPA mandates public schools and libraries receiving E-rate funds to implement Internet filters.
