H.R. 718 Clears Subcommittee
H.R. 718, the Unsolicited Commercial Electronic Mail Act of 2001 allows individuals to opt-out of spam, requires the sender to include a working return address, and grants new rights to Internet Service Providers who wish to prevent the transmission of spam from their servers.
