House Subcommittee Holds Privacy Hearing

The House Commerce Subcommittee on Commerce, Trade, and Consumer Protection held a hearing on federal statutes addressing information privacy. The committee heard testimony on Customer Proprietary Network Information, the GLBA, the FCRA, and TiVo.
