EPIC Urges Judiciary to End Workplace Monitoring
EPIC Executive Director Marc Rotenberg urged the Judicial Conference of the United States to end workplace monitoring of judges and their staff. Rotenberg argued that such monitoring could violate the Electronic Communications Privacy Act of 1986 (ECPA)EPIC Letter to the Judicial Conference.
