Blank Birth Certificates Stolen: Illustrates Weakness in Proposed National ID
The Denver County Vital Statistics Office recently discovered that it lost a large number of blank birth certificates, death certificates, and an electric city and county seal. This equipment could be used to create false breeder documents for the purposes of obtaining a National ID card.
