Rep. Holt Introduces Bill to Regulate 'Information Collection Devices'
Rep. Holt (D-NJ) has introduced the Electronic Privacy Protection Act, which prohibits the manufacturing, sale, or use of information collection devices without proper labeling or notice and consent.
